SILVERJET BACK IN BUSINESS

Failed all-business airline Silverjet could be back in the air again by early next month, according to chief executive Lawrence Hunt.
Irish investment company Kingplace has made an offer to Silverjet\'s administrators to relaunch the all-business-class airline, which went into administration last week owing creditors a reported £40 million.
Hunt is hopeful that the deal could be concluded in the next few days. "I believe it\'s a good offer. We\'ve put a lot of serious time and work into this."
Hunt confirmed he would stay on as chief executive as would the current management team.
He also said that creditors and suppliers would be re-imbursed and admitted that there would be quite a lot of goodwill to win back.
The planes are parked at Luton Airport and the operation has not been shut down, so if the deal is concluded then flights to New York and Dubai could resume in early July.
